The Founder
Dr. Sharon S. Mendoza, OTD, OTR/L
Founder, OT4kids LLC
Sharon S. Mendoza is a highly experienced occupational therapist with over 20 years in the field. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Cebu Doctor's University and a Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, where she focused on pediatrics. Her diverse career has taken her from program director and instructor to rehabilitation manager and clinician, with experience in a wide range of settings, including schools, hospitals, community-based initiatives, and early intervention programs.
A key part of her professional journey includes co-founding a pediatric therapy clinic in Bohol, Philippines, in 1999. Sharon is deeply dedicated to early intervention and believes in empowering families by helping them discover and use their unique strengths. When she's not working, Sharon loves to hike, travel, and read. She shares her home with her husband, two sons, and a few uninvited insect guests.
